The building and surrounding property have always been well maintained and monitored for security. Close to all amenities. Admin and maintenance staff have always been the BEST to respond to admin and maintenance issues. However, I do wish they wouldn't raise the rent so high every year. I know they have to keep up with the comps, but this is a 55+ building. Most of us are barely keep up with the our Social Security increases and then the increase in rent just about wipes that SSA increase out! Shame, especially for use single seniors who have no other means of income. Finding a job at add to our SSA at this age is dreadful.

Living in Cassie Gardens Apartments is daily experience of care and concern by the office staff. The building i kept i pristine condition at all times. It is never too late to call for assistance. I enjoy living here.

I really love Cassie Garden Apartments for my Mother. The maintenance and upkeep inside and out is excellent. The front desk is well attended but, I really question the attitude of the manager. While attempting to issue a request for maintenance I was yelled at. Unbelievable! What an experience! It seems there is less and less respect for Seniors these days.

Living in Cassie Gardens Apartments for me is a once in a lifetime living experience. The areas are always clean and secure. The staff is pleasant and available to meet the need of the residents. I enjoy living here.
