Nathan Ridge

We just moved in and have had a fantastic experience so far. The leasing office team has been absolutely wonderful especially Evie and Jen. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about making sure everything is handled smoothly. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and you can tell they truly work hard to make things right for residents. We also recently had our washer and dryer installed, and the maintenance team was great to work with. They were punctual, professional, and very respectful, which made the entire process easy and comfortable. Overall, the staff has made our move-in experience feel welcoming and stress-free. It’s clear that this community is well-run and resident-focused, and we’re really happy to call this place home!!

the staff and management are absolutely not helpful or friendly what so ever. i constantly put in complaints about things and nothing ever gets done. all they care about is how those apartments look and not the actual tenants.. it’s so sad, that i have to wait hours to even hear from some one

Jen, Melinda, and Samantha have been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire move-in process. My unit is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The school zones are excellent — the nearby elementary school is A-rated, which was a huge plus for me. Maintenance is extremely responsive, often addressing issues the same day or by the next day at the latest. Everyone has been helpful and professional from start to finish. 10 out of 10 — I would definitely recommend Nathan Ridge!

I’m into my second year being at Nathan’s Ridge, and I love it here, Miss Jenn (property manager) is so sweet and helpful, and Samantha listens to all your needs good or bad, She has such a sweet voice, I appreciate all that you’ve done for me with renewing my lease, also the maintenance guys work very hard to keep this property up and keeping us all safe & sound. I have the privilege of entering my third year at Nathan Ridge. The property is beautiful and I am honored to call it home. The community as a whole is a cut above the rest. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The swimming pool is impressive and extremely clean. This is the most relaxed and enjoyable community I have ever lived in. The property manager Jen is professional, compassionate, gifted in problem solving and always willing to listen. Maintenance is excellent, professional and through. I want to thank Chris, Camilo and Victor for the excellent job that they do. Samantha is always friendly and willing to help. Melinda, thank you for your pleasant smile and your assistance with everything. Finally, the architectural design was well thought out and curated with artistry. I LOV
