We have now bought 2 homes with Matt Berrang and currently in the process of selling 1 and we have nothing but great things to say about him! He’s thorough, responsive, honest, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. He has always promptly helped to alleviate any issues that have arisen. His calm and collected demeanor makes everything much easier during what can be high stress. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else to work with!!

We had an awesome experience with Matt. In a difficult market, he found a buyer within 30 days, and we closed within 30 days after that for the price we were looking for from the time we listed the property for sale. Matt got us very reasonable bids from a plumber, electrician, and HVAC guy to complete the repairs necessary to close and then supervised their work. I have had contact with many realtors over the years, but none come close to the service, personal attention, and kindness of Matt and Hal at the Berrang Team. I moved about 1-1.5 hours away from the house in St. Augustine they were selling for me; they would call to let me know details, good and ones that needed attention.
