Double Branch by Pulte Homes

This community have scammed me and my wife out of a few thousand dollars. when we were picking our home, we wanted the iced white color. we were told that someone a few houses down have the same color and that we had to choose a different color. we chose a dark homberg gray. shortly after picking our color, we were told that we also had to add stone because a home across the street with the same exact model. so we paid for the stone and we also chose a color of paint that we did not want initally , all because we wanted it to go by their rules and not have the same homes design . fast forward a home with the same model and same color and also same stone color is built next-door. not only are these issues a problem because is it just the same exact home but we were scammed by fake monotony

The house is great, but far too many issues one month in. Before closing, roof was leaking. I was told it was fixed, it certainly was not. Took until yesterday to get fixed, but who knows it hasn’t rained heavy yet. My inspector found that my outside outlets didn’t work, told it was fixed. It’s not. I was expecting some issues with a brand new house, but definitely having some buyers remorse for a 500k house.

My construction managers were outstanding. They took care of issues before we new it. The loan team treated us like family and made sure our loan was up to speed. We actually close our loan early. Job well done...

My family and I are very disappointed with Pulte. The quality of the finishing on the home is horrible. We bought a 440k house and it looks like we bought a house where people have lived in and make damages. The next day we moved the drain was backed up, we have to wait 3 days for this to be repair.Very bad experience. I will not recommend this company. I am very sad that my first NEW HOME experience has been this bad.

Only 1 month in. Not our 1st new home and the experience has been great. Everyone is very attentive and quick to respond to any needs we may have.
