Lived here for 3 years now and the biggest issue is the HOA…. HOA is absolute GARBAGE!! -Pool is always closed -Gym is useless, dirty and needs to be updated. At some point the residents, including myself were supplying the gym with disinfect wipes because none were stocked. -Security should be enforced considering all the car break ins we have had. We’ve personally had one car completely stolen off the property and another broken into. -The gate is always broken but they let us know they’re no longer issuing automatic clickers to anyone…. Horrible decision -Took them MONTHS to fix one of the mirrors that allow you to see if a car is coming from the other direction. -The kids play area is a joke!! -The only grassy area in the entire complex smells like dog piss and isn’t suitable for any h

My parents have lived here for over a year. The hot tub has never worked and the pool hasn't opened this summer due to the HOA refusing to repair the hot tub. They keep sending out vague messages trying to pass the blame to anyone else. It's maddening that potential renters might be duped into thinking they could rely on these amenities when the HOA refuses to take care of them. Very disappointed they signed a new lease! It's TOO HOT for this!

My brother in law lives in one of these condos and the washer and dryer is so bad he has to dry his clothes on drying racks around his apartment, his washer is in such bad shape and old it doesn’t even clean his clothes properly leaving them dirty, his dryer is being held together by duct tape to the point the technician mentioned I shouldn’t even be working on something like this. Towels, take days to dry, this is a basic necessity and it is such a shame he is forced to live with less than useful/ decent appliances. I hope someone sees this review and reaches out to me because I will gladly tell them which condo is his and needs a new washer a dryer.

This is the second year in a row that the pool hasn't been opened. There's no communication from the HOA. Every time we inquire about it, they trot out the same lame excuses about needing a part - it's been over a YEAR. How is this not being addressed?!

Love living here, but ridicules that the pool has been closed for so long. How about lowering our HOA dues if we are not able to use all of the amenities?
