They are true scammer They cut a water off before due date and no disconnection notice and they don’t even send you the bill. They just sent a man over there to just shut off your water. You have to pay $70 before we reconnect reconnecting. stay away from them

I’m only giving 1 star because you can’t do ZERO. Our water was shut off a week before the due date. We paid the bill and was still without water as no one answered the phone for 48 hours and then when they did pick up, they immediately hung up. This company and its customer service are the ABSOLUTE Worst I’ve even seen.

If Google allowed zero stars that would be the rating for this company. Jasber Utility Service customer service reps are incredibly terrible. On multiple occasions as a renter, I have called, and the customer service reps have been rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to provide information courteously. I just called 3 times to get someone who's working from home due to the kids/child I can hear in the background as the rep keeps placing on mute. After asking my question she place me on mute she comes back to ask what my question was again and place me on mute. As she was answering my question, she was obviously on mute because I said hello and she insist that it was my connection. I explained that she put me on mute just for her to tell me she didn't. Customer service reps are very rude! They disconnected my service without sending notice! It then took them 2 business days to actually restore it! Supervisors never contacted me even after I provided proof of payment and my most recent statement showing due date with again no notice of disconnection. I really wish I did not have to deal with this company and seeing stories similar to mine is very disheartening. I normally wouldn’t go this far to write a review but it was very necessary under these circumstances.
