Just wanted to share my lovely experience with this management company. THEY are HORRIBLE! My apartment was flooded 2 Months ago. I came home and water was coming down like a waterfall from the kitchen above me. I was told to call Cindy at Hanson management as she would take care of my issue. Well she is the worst customer service person and is completely useless at her job. 2 month later nothing was done with my moldy carpet or brown stained ceiling tiles. She told me the owner of the building isn't going to replace my carpet but she was going to put my carpet through the renters insurance from the gentleman above me. Did that happen NO...she blows you off and then gets nasty on the phone. She tells you lies and then she says she never said that. She curse at customers....really professi

They always take too long to reply and never give enough information to help our issues once they actually respond. The last time I called for an issue I got cut off and was told that “she didn’t have time for me” and to email them and quickly hung up. I emailed them and they replied in TWO weeks. If I get a reply to this, to email them; I already did and I am waiting for a response its been a day without a reply. Let’s see if it takes another two weeks.

Been living here since April 2023. Had some minor issues. That were resolved, recently been having a water pressure/leakage issue with my toilet for 2 months. Other supers came and left without fixing the problem & never came back! Today I called and another super Danny came and fixed it right away within minutes. He was also the super who fixed a previous issue. Great super & very reliable. Thanks again Dan, you always get the job done!!!

If you see this. Run ! This management company has slow response times to issues concerning their apartments I had a huge mold problem that they tried to cover up with plaster and it kept spreading. I had to advocate for myself in order for it to actually get fixed. My daughter who suffers from eczema's skin started flaring up during this time and It took about 5 months from the first complaint in order to actually fix the mold issue in my Bathroom apartment. At a point the lock to my door wasn't working in which I had to keep my door unlocked while I was at work for almost 2 weeks before of course having to advocate for my own safety again for anything to be done.
