These Apartments are the Worst. Bad management! The law requires you keep a safe and clean environment. This is How they maintain.
We have no water, I just paid my rent the manager isn’t in. The maintenance man is gone. They( the company) have not made any improvements to the outside of the apartments even though they spent money on people to find the defects.
Needing to put maintenance order and my apartment is not listed on there
Luckily being renovated. Good for Las Cruces
