⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not only is this building stunning, but the staff is just as incredible! I had the opportunity to host my first rooftop Pilates event at Ivy and Green, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with smiles, kindness, and genuine warmth. The management team and staff were wonderful to work with—organized, attentive, and supportive every step of the way to ensure the event was seamless and successful. The residents were equally welcoming, friendly, and excited to participate, which made the atmosphere even more special. The building itself is beyond beautiful, but it’s truly the staff who bring it to life and create such a vibrant, welcoming community. I can’t say enough good things about Ivy and Green!

We called Ivy and Green our home after being displaced due to a flood at our house. It was the best choice. The apartment (#602) is absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, a view of New York City and Hackensack, the convenience of parking on site and never having to worry about safety. The leasing staff are super helpful, especially Ava who made our stay. She was always available to help out when needed and responded to questions or concerns promptly. She's is very efficient and a true professional. The concierge staff always have a smile, especially William, who is kind & willing to help at a moment's notice. Ivy & Green is definitely the place to live at because You always feel like you're at a resort with the amenities and scenic views. Our favorite was the sunsets.

We truly love living at Ivy and Green — it’s been such a positive experience for our family! The building is beautifully designed with comfort in mind, and everything is thoughtfully maintained. The amenities, including the elevator, garbage room, gym, and hallways, are always spotless and in great condition. It’s also incredibly family-friendly. The on-site kids’ playroom is a wonderful bonus, and having the beautiful park right next door makes it so easy to enjoy relaxing walks or outdoor playtime whenever we like. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to call this place home.

I have been living at Ivy & Green for the past four months, and my experience has been very pleasant. Alex Devilliers was outstanding throughout the application process and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful every step of the way. I would rate my experience 10 out of 10. If you are considering moving into Ivy & Green, Alex is definitely the person to work with.

I’ve lived in this apartment building for 2 years and it’s been an amazing place to call home. The cleaning staff does a great job maintaining the place and you can really feel the care that goes into keeping everything nice. It also feels very safe especially with the concierge always around The amenities are a huge plus. There’s a gym, yoga studio, work lounge, community lounge, karaoke room, kids playroom, a pool courtyard, pet spa, and even a rooftop. It has everything you need but doesn’t feel massive or overwhelming My unit on the 3rd floor is in the perfect spot just steps away from all the amenities. Since it’s above the indoor garage, there are no units underneath, which is good for noise control. It is also super well insulated that I never have to turn on the heat during the w
