Ivanhoe Village Apartments

Anna, manager at community, was a real amazing soul. So kind and understanding of my housing situation and no pressure at all. She really wanted myself to find the right fit to live. I appreciated her transparency and honest communications. Anna display great empathy and I would recommend this community to others.

This property is by FAR the most upkept and cared for property me and my boyfriend have had the pleasure of touring. Anne was an absolutely treasure. Not only was her tour fantastic, but she was also a sweetheart! It's pretty rare to find genuine rental management but Anne made us feel welcomed and wanted. As a guest service agent myself Ivanhoe village is very lucky to have an employee who cares so much, and her hard work should not go unnoticed!! Me and my boyfriend look forward to hopefully start a lease there and make Ivanhoe Village our new home :)

Although the application took some time to get back it was all worth it. Latoya and Anna were fantastic in communicating and following up with me and fielding my questions while we waited for the approval. The community is great and the amenities are plenty, couldn't be happier that we found our new cottage home which has a shared backyard! Updated: Been here for some time now and everything is as great as the first day we came here. The community is awesome, great for kids and adults. Latoya was wonderful we really enjoyed our experience. We were interested in cottage 11 she said the pricing would come up soon so we went home a waited for the pricing. It came up on the website at 3,191.00 so we immediately went on to find an application. We created an account but could not find an application for the cottage #11. We really wanted the property but could not find an application to fill out and pay the $100.00 to save the rental price. If there is anyway to that we could still get this price please let us know. UPDATE 05/2025 Since my original review, a new management team is overseeing the property and they are great. My original review reflects the previous manager and her newbie assistant who were unaccountable, unresponsive, unprofessional, and above all else grossly incompetent. I will keep that review up. But the update is new management is none of those things. They have the professionalism, responsibility, and courtesy you would expect from someone managing the community where you live.
