Ivanhoe Apartments

My mom has lived there for 4, 5 years. And she has experienced nasty behavior by the reps. She has experienced discrimination from the tenants and reps I have also have experienced this myself when visiting her. Reps have talked about everybody's problems and complaints witch is a breach of confidentiality. I'm also a REP with a union and If i did that to my coworkers I would be stripped of my title. The reps there are out of line, They have become more like KARENS then reps. They make it a miserable place to live and run people out if they don't like you.

The new manager has addressed all of my concerns plus she put in a new oven and a new toilet. She seems sincere, friendly and willing to work with you. They also put in new lights and added a elevator for the handicapped.

The manager plays tenants against one and other. She also discusses medical information about tenants with other tenants. I would not recommend this complex unless it comes under new management. The apartments themselves are very nice and well kept.
