IRI Properties

I had them last year. The only issue we had with them was the manager told us before we moved in that it was pet friendly. That's it. Then my roommate got a dog and they told him he's not allowed to keep it because he's above a certain weight (20 or 30 lbs I can't remember). So he was forced to pay for an ESA letter. They would rather have him actually return his dog back to the shelter. They were never specific about any of this stuff. They just said it's pet friendly to get us to sign. Then when my other roommate wanted a dog the property manager said nope 1 per house. And also the one he wantes was too heavy. That was also never discussed. They continued to re-post places on Craigslist that are already rented, and don't respond to voicemails. Then I emailed with three very specific yes/no questions and they emailed back and only responded to one. Don't waste your time.

We didn't end up renting from IRI but their representative, Kristina, was very helpful and accommodating.
