Inspiration by Pulte Homes

No issue in my home for last 2 years. Pulte delivered all they committed. Warranty support has been great. We are very happy with our decision of buying our first home from Pulte.

We built our Pulte home in Inspiration over 2 years ago and have been extremely happy with our decision. Our sales rep, Larry, and project manager, Jason, both went above and beyond to answer all of our many questions and ensure the whole experience went smoothly. In 2 years, we have had 2 MINOR issues which were both addressed by our warranty rep and fixed in a timely manner with no charge to us. We definitely recommend and would build with them again!

We have bought our first ever home from Pulte in Inspiration community in Wylie TX. We have been extremely happy with our decision so far. Construction quality and workmanship is great.

Buyer beware. We canceled our contract with Pulte for unexplained ground water on the right side of the house which was present at 2325 Chapel Cross Lane. Builder acknowledged the existence of the problem but minimized the severity even though inspector stated a french drain was needed. All they did was gaslight and never resolved the issue at hand which would cause foundational issues after their one year warranty is up. Their contract also states they are not responsible for drainage after closing- make sure you do your research as the entire neighborhood has drainage issues. Do a drive by and notice all the french drains most homeowners had to install themselves, talk to people who live here. Do your research! My parents had to cancel their dream home due to Builder default as they did not resolve serious drainage issues for 2325 Chapel Cross Lane. Builder was Pulte- we do not recommend them. Please do your research on the lots in this neighborhood. Google Earth is a great resources as it let's you see what was on your property in the past.
