Do not rent from here! Faulty wiring 3 apartments in a matter of 5 months caught fire! And they blame their tenants! And don’t file insurance claims because they know they will get dropped because they have had multiple fires! Black mold, gaping holes in the ceiling. Just because they are “painting” doesn’t mean there isn’t anything in those walls that aren’t faulty! Update: so Anna proceeded to put papers on the apt door we were in for eviction! AZ law requires it to be served to new and current address! So we missed our hearing because of her failure to do it the correct way! We have paperwork from another tenant saying the apartments are in violation for bad electrical work. We are going every measure to get this eviction off of us We had the right to withhold rent do to lack of rep

I really just had a question, do you guys accept people with evictions on their record?

I love paying for parking and can't park here... Always someone jumps in our spot. We use to be able to get them towed out.... Now there's no one to call. And you just have to wait.... Now we have neighbors who come from other parts of the complex just to park outside of our area and blast loud music. Thanks neighbors. Every night through the week until 10pm. Sometimes we have call the police to get them to go away.

Indigo Lofts is a perfect place to live. The apartments are very affordable and beautiful. The landlord is very friendly and understandable. living here is a perfect fit for a family and pet owners.

Such a lovely community! The manager is very kind and respectful, she has way too much patience for some of these crazy folks :/
