the process: I want to thank Daysha Drainwater. Bless her heart.She had So much patience with me. She walked me through every step efficiently., and just was a Very postive light the entire process!!! IMoved in right after approval, inside the apartment:This is my honest review. Mine has NEW carpet. No entertainment wood in the middle taking up space for no reason, so thats a plus, a few minor cons that could possibly be resolved.

Shout out to Daysha! I had a few issues with merchants getting my payment to them and she worked with me EVERY step of the way professionally and passionately. She was making sure i loved my unit. Thank you Daysha for everything!

My time has been so great I forgot I had to renew, From the staff to maintenance to the unit itself. Great neighbors and excellent distance from the main road to walk and get whatever you need. 100% recommend

I'm a senior. Office staff unprofessional and lack knowledge of their job discription. From the time I moved in January 2024 nothing but issues. Inside the apartment was patched work open cracks in walls which led to ants and roaches infestation. Doors hanging from brackets mildew and so much more. The only way I got anything done I took pictures and forward them to corporate office. Trees growing up and destroyed the gutter and caused flooding on patio and front door and I was told that they only had to get premission from maintenance supervisor . summer came and limbs followed me inside before I got in. There's no peace in Indian Lake morrow Georgia. Rude neighbors with loud music and kids inside stomping bumping jumping after quite time according to my lease. Reported to manger not one

On the outside some apartments look run down but I've seen an apartment and it's not bad at all. They live on an end unit. Seems pretty quiet during the day and evening. The trash area was pretty clear.
