This bank ripped my husband and I off, he's a disabled vet. Kristine from collections would not answer or call back. We couldn't even get proof of our payments, they said they had no record of them. We were sued, we were told over and over we were not behind on our payments but they still came and took our camper and messed up our credit....Do not use this bank for anything!!!
Been here for years. They are more personable than other banks and the app works more smoothly and is more user friendly and easily navigable. I have accounts at 3 Muskegon banks, and Independent is my favorite.
Amazing tellers, always going the extra mile for the customer! The new manager has product in a great staff!
Drive thru is supposed to close at 5 but I show up at 4:45 and no one to be found
