Alex and the maintenance team here is absolutely outstanding! Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly, arrived prepared, and handled the job with total professionalism. They’re always friendly, respectful, and great at explaining what they’re fixing—plus they make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. The quality of their work is consistently top‑tier, and you can tell they genuinely care about keeping the community running smoothly. It’s such a relief knowing we have a team that’s reliable, skilled, and attentive to every detail. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. I’ve had a great experience and want to share my appreciation. Alexis was amazing throughout my move-in process. She is kind, hardworking, and very professional. She made everything simple and stress-free, and I’m truly grateful for all her help. I also want to thank Kim for her excellent support and responsiveness. Both of them have been extremely helpful and welcoming since I moved in. The IMT Riverview community is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. It has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciate. My apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and truly feels like home. Overall, I’m very happy here and thankful for such a positive experience.

Kim and Alexis truly represent the dream team of service, satisfaction, and professionalism. Their personal excitement and genuine earnestness shine through in every interaction. From checking in on which services needed to be activated prior to move-in, to welcoming me home on move-in day with warmth, elegance, and grace (complete with signage!) the experience felt thoughtful and first-class from start to finish. Very pleasant move-in experience. Alexis, the employee who assisted me from my tour all the way to getting the keys, was courteous and accommodating, I can't speak highly enough about her. The rest of the staff are also extremely kond and helpful. I got the chance to interact with Kim, CJ, and Juan, all aces in my book. The apartment is great, and the property is well-kept, quiet and friendly. All the residents seem nice. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place in Mesa.

I have lived in this complex for over 12 years and It’s for a good reason. I love the community. It is very safe and clean. The front office staff is always so accommodating and helpful. The Maintenance staff is unbelievable Especially compared to some other places I’ve lived. They are always efficient and get stuff done in a timely manner. I had an emergency just the other day after hours and Alex Came at 8 o’clock at night to help and didn’t leave until everything was situated and knew everything was taken care of. It was a great experience. I highly recommend.
