Illustrated Properties | Old Port Cove

Awful. I hired them to try and sell a condo in Old Port Cove. I was told they did everything they could to prevent another realtor from showing the property (because they did not want to share a commission) and told people the property could not be shown on a weekend. They made no effort whatsoever other than to list it on MLS. Stay away from them, unless they have a listing in Old Port Cove and you are really interested in buying it, and still be very careful. I agree with Beth. The one star is a gift. They should receive a negative.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a real estate agent. The unit I viewed was a dump and the lack of professionalism from the selling agent at old port cove realty towards my real estate agent was atrocious. The 1 star rating is a gift!!!

It took a long time but, through diligence and strong marketing skills my agent, Diana Casper, got us a buyer. I am entirely grateful for her hard work.
