Great customer service. Carol was great to work with. We live in MA and wanted to buy a condo in FL and so mostly by chance, we ended up working with Carol to help us find the right fit. I have an incredibly busy work schedule and as a result, I can be very difficult to get a hold of. In addition, my wife and I were not always on the same page during the process. Despite what I'm sure was frustrating for Carol at times, she never showed it. She was persistent, professional and frankly just a really nice person to work with. I highly recommend her.
