I was fortunate to work with Angie Calderaio, who is based out of the North Palm Beach office, on the sale of my Dad's Palm Beach Gardens condo. Angie was a godsend after a disastrous start with another agent from another brokerage who spoke to my elderly father in the most rude, dismissive fashion possible. After getting out of contract with the other agent, my Dad was introduced to Angie through a mutual friend. Thank God! Angie is an outstanding communicator. Our realtor Steph and her firm are simply amazing!! She manages the rental of our condo in Florida and has never let us down. She is on top of everything, super friendly and accommodating. She really is the sweetest and most hard working realtor we have ever worked with and we appreciate everything she does for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home! Unprofessional, rude and incompetent realty company. I made an offer on a rental unit represented by William Raveis Realty and the agent would not carry my offer forward because it was under asking price and not what it was rented for last year. Made a complaint to management and was given the brush off. Ironically, I wound up renting in the same area from another realtor who recommended I go in under asking price. Market is softening, but realtors like William Raveis Realty are doing everything they can to keep prices high. In the final sad irony, my original offer was not much below ask and the unit is still vacant. William Raveis Realty lost a commission and the unit owner is out of the money. I wonder if their owner clients know that William Raveis Realty don’t carry all offers forward

I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie Muzzillo! The first time we met with her, it was a very last-minute showing request on a rainy Saturday evening at 5:00 and she showed up promptly and knew firsthand all the information on the property. Even though that was not the home for us, we continued to work with her until we finally found the house we ultimately purchased. She was always accommodating to our schedule requests and was there to answer any questions we had 24/7. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and knows her territories very well. She is also very personable and so easy to get along with! I would highly recommend Stephanie and Denise to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent!
