Roan Design and Build is absolutely first class. Mr Pulatani is on site and holds the subcontractors to the standards he demands and you deserve. As an attorney who handles construction defect cases, I can say ta common problem is GC's who let unqualified subcontractors do the work with no oversight. I didn't see that problem once. In addition, he assists in all design aspects, from function to aesthetics. Most importantly, if he thinks you are wasting money on an option that isn't worth it, he'll let you know. I don't have a single complaint and will gladly use Roan Design and build again Highly recommend.
