Driftwood Hospitality Mgmnt mislabels rooms as mobility accessible putting guests in danger then they overbook the limited number of accessible rooms they have. The carelessness of this decision puts guests in harms way. The managers then smirk when you ask for assistance. The rooms are dated and run down. To further demonstrate their lack of commitment to safety the lock on our room did not work and we put a chair and suitcase in front of the door. Run from this hotel.
I've been calling the human resource number and I get nothing when I call but a voice-mail. They have never returned my email nor my call for the last 3 weeks.
A good company, they run good, clean and friendly hotels.
Management at resort not nice talk to you like your a pion and no respect or trust!!!
