We have lived here for almost a year and half ..And I gotta say we are super pleased with the Maintenance and staff.. Any issues we ever have is delt with efficiently and in a timely manner...The staff has always been respectful and caring to the residents in this community. Thank you for all you do..Keep up the Amazing work 😊💞

Pest problem. You will either have roaches in the summer and mice in the winter. I'm gone as soon as the lease is up

My Daughters apartment is filled with black mold. Patricia Glass the rental office lady had my daughter and 4 year old grandson vacate their unit and said she will call with an update on when the unit will be ready. It’s been a week now and haven’t heard a thing. When you call during business hours the phone system isn’t on and tells you to call during normal business hours. I went over last night to check and see what they were getting accomplished and I was shocked. The vents in my daughters room still had black mold on it, the bathroom vent had black mold on it the apartment itself smelled like mildew and on top of it all of her food in the fridge went bad. Considering calling health department because this is a health hazard!

I've been living here for over a year now. I have to say it's a very nice apartment. Good amenities. Office staff is amazing and very helpful. Love the maintenance staff as they are very knowledgeable and caring. Grounds keepers definitely keep the place clean. and for a 2BR apartment it's not bad. However, there is some complaints. 1. The neighbors are constantly hanging out in front of the building smoking weed and they seem to spend more time there then in their actual apartment. No matter the time of night or day you always see them. Can't open windows to get fresh air as they always smoking out front. 2. Neighbors above think they are at a chuck-e-cheese playground at Night. Constant bumping and running and banging. But that's not really a main concern more of an annoyance. 3. The MIC
