I like Huntington bank, just not this location. Staff isn't very knowledgeable and the willingness to help a customer is nonexistent. Only person in the lobby with 3 people behind the desk. Said they couldn't help me and directed me to the app, which then put me on the phone with somebody who laughed at the directions I was given. If I could give no stars to this location I would.
