They do not keep the property clean except the main office. The owner also does not care about the property. They come in your apartments without permission a lot. Also would recommend keeping all money order receipts because their books tend to be off. There is a heavy amount of smoking in most buildings and they do not follow NYS law on protecting non smokers. Children are not watched by their parents a lot too causing multiple problems from burglary to disruptive noise for hours in the common areas.

Install more street lights so I can actually see where I'm going when delivering at night.

We love our apartment! They make sure everything that needs to be addressed is addressed in a timely manner. The office lady and the manager are both amazing!

I have lived here for alot of years. I love my apartment and how well everyone treats me here. All members of management and maintenance are so great.

My husband and I have been moving here for a month now and we really like it. Everything around is beautiful. The management treated us well and provided us with a beautiful apartment. We really like clean neat.
