No 'team member" reached out as the response indicated below which proved my point in the review. I know at least 6 neighbors and I have had terrible experiences with Legend Homes and Hunters Creek this year. The CONSTANT issues with our homes is unacceptable. The quality of the workmanship is poor at best. Warranty tickets are responded to and then the company wants people to lose time at work for something that was supposed to be taken care of before closing or on the last ticket submitted and the work was incomplete. People cannot take off work, nothing happen, and then the problem continue to exist. People have to work. My experience with Legend Homes-Hunters Creek was awful. From day one, my family and I were lied to. The salesman Mike, is very unprofessional. He lied about the HOA rules, and then when we read the fine print that stated the opposite, he said on the record "you can break the HOA rules and hope they don't find out." I would strongly advise that you not trust Legend Homes-Hunters Creek. They are like shady car salespeople. All they want is your money, and they will blatantly lie to you to try and make a sale.

2 year update**** August 2024 At my 1 year mark I gave home warranty a list of about 2 dozen items. Only 3 items were addressed at all and the 3rd item never got completed. I have not heard anything from Home Warranty in 11 months!!! Other than marketing pestering me to purchase an extended warranty. Why would anyone purchase an extended warranty from any company that does not take care of building flaws they created. My siding was installed with such huge gaps that on a windy day (pretty much daily here) you can feel wind blowing out of the electrical plug-in on external walls. Home Warranty rep stated the siding is supposed to be that way so the walls can breathe! So that makes me wonder if there is insulation in the walls that is supposed to stop air and temperature transfer. Very horri

Great neighborhood and awesome value. I'm a Realtor and found this to be a quality builder who cares about their buyer's needs. Easiest walk-through ever. My clients were thrilled with the value and choice of price ranges. If you're looking for a great value that shows like an upscale home, you've found the right place.

The other construction superintendent that did my house is not there anymore. Willam Roberts stepped up and got EVERYTHING fixed for us. He’s a great person and gets the job done. He’s never rude and always so helpful. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions that we’ve had. He’s very awesome.
