Humble Memorial Gardens

I've caught management telling only a few people not to smoke on the property as I was coming up to visit family member. But yet I've also caught several of the tenants smoking cigarettes the workers there, the maintenance man, and a few others smoking cigarettes. But I've always noticed that I've been hearing about this worker in a certain other worker that works for the tenants not the apartment the tenants. They say it's because of sanitary reasons but yet all of the apartments that I've seen are covered in roaches. You can see the remnants of the roaches around. Don't really have any respect towards there tenants, and there family's.

First off let me say they have poor customer service I don't know how they manage a whole apartment complex when they don't even respond to people I can't imagine that they get anything done on time with the residents. My 77 yo father and I traveled all the way from South Houston for a scheduled appointment for a tour of the community and to get some information to consider a0plying. We get there 30 mins. early. They were closed....supposed to be open from 10-5 that day. No sign that they were out to lunch or no one would be there. We contacted TAM Residential and they couldn't directly call them either. We waited a little over an hour and then left.We never received any call back and I even called them two days later to schedule another tour but had to leave another voicemail. I'm highly

been here for about a month-and-a-half and it's a good place to live. my apartment has all new flooring, cabinets, fresh paint, the works. my neighbors are nice and quiet. Amanda, the site manager, is super friendly and helpful and takes care of things quickly. it took me a while to find my way around the complex. the person who designed it must have been on acid! there's a lot of airport noise but not a big deal and nothing that keeps me up at night. would definitely recommend.

I've lived here at Humble Memorial Gardens for 2 years. Mrs. Simone has been amazing. My move in was smooth and easy thanks to her. Mrs. Simone is very attentive to all or the residents here and she is always reachable. Thank you for making the last 2 years awesome .
