Customer Reviews
When I first signed my lease at The Hub I was warned. The higher price tag made me assume I was getting a better living experience. There were certainly a few perks that initially drew me in, a decent gym, a pool, and being right next to campus. Those were the highlights. Unfortunately there are some downsides. Here’s What Made Living at The Hub Frustrating: Broken Elevators: There were multiple times the elevators were either malfunctioning, out of service or completely down. One instance of this is when all elevators were broken, forcing all residents to go to the second floor just to access ones that worked. Poor Communication: I agree with other reviews, the staff does not seem to communicate internally. When you speak to one person about an issue, chances are the next person has no
Edit: They finally responded, and after a few email exchanges, they modified my charge. Most of my negative experiences with Hub came from this confusing, over-charging move-out fee. Since they corrected it, I'm changing my ratings to four stars. ----- My initial review: They are NOT responsive. They charged me $250 for "turnover cleaning" after I moved out. My official move-out date was July 31st, 2022 - please see the pictures for how clean my apartment was on July 26th, 2022 when my keys were turned in. I emailed the leasing office 7 days ago about this, and I also filled out the complaint form 7 days ago as they requested for people who wanted to discuss their turnover cleaning fee. However, I haven't heard anything from them. On top of these pictures, keep in mind that I was only l
I love living here the amenities are great (starbucks coffee machine, pool, hot tub, sauna, 7/11, parking garage). The staff are all great and maintenance is always quick and nice! My view is amazing and my studio unit is perfect size for one person.
Initially when I wanted to lease here. I heard so much negatives about it for some reason. But then I decided to give it a try and live here anyways and it was the best decision I've ever made! The best leasing experience I've had so far. I love my room here so much, no issues at all. everyone is so nice and fast to respond. The only issue I would have is the consistent weed smell, but I feel like that's everywhere and is not really the leasers fault. Just wish they could do something about it, since it's been a great bother of mine. Other than that, 5 stars living experience for sure! Edit: Forgot to mention the little giveaways that they keep doing very often which I think is very cool. Waffle makers, Hot chocolates, gift wraps, dish washing materials and so on..
I've lived at the Hub for four years, I've lived in a 2 bedroom on the 10th floor, a murphy on 9, and a murphy on 10. Most my qualms with the Hub have to do with prior existing issues with the building and corporate. Overall I think the Hub is a great higher-end option compared to the other apartments in the area, but there are some caveats to take into consideration if you plan on moving here. Pros: - Rooftop pool is the best selling point, it is the best to have during the summer, it's spacious, and has grilling areas and places to do homework if you wanted to work outside - Maintenance team is fast and takes care of everything. You do not need to buy random batteries for smoke detectors, or new lightbulbs. The Hub takes care of it all. - New management team is very accommodating and do
