Do not rent from Howard Hanna. Cheap, ineffectual contractors; uninformed office staff and maintenance techs because of high turnover. I rented for three years, gave an early move-out notice, and they filed a seven day notice on me because I paid rent that week on the 4th. I painted, scrubbed, patched, steam-cleaned, and left no bulk garbage, and they still found a way to take over half of my security deposit, including trying to make me pay double water bills for my last month, plus the final water bill. Enough tenant responsibilities, what about tenant rights?
