BUYERS BEWARE! This company accepted an offer my mother gave them, then they turned their back and took another when they were about to sign an agreement. Do not trust these people they will scam and turn your back on you like they did to my family. They are only out for more money and profit and will be willing to stab you in the back. I would give them half a star, but one is the minimum. Dee Stanton was very unethical. Do not go with this company, you will regret it

Worst experience ever! We booked an appointment with Deborah Poulton on Wednesday 5/20/2020 for 14 Lawn Ave, Albany NY for Thursday 10am 5/21/2020. We confirmed the appointment over phone. We went to the appointment 9:55am this morning, and waited there until 10:20am. No one showed up, no one called us. While we were waiting in front of the house, we made many calls to the office and DeBorah, no answers. Guys, never work with them, they are lazy, unprofessional people!

Suzanne Prezio was AMAZING! Our contract fell apart with 1 week till closing and 24 hours later she had a new buyer. This all happened at the beginning of winter! Thank you Suzanne, can’t say enough good things about this experience!
