I highly recommend Heather, she sold my Mother’s home in Pleasant Lake. This sale was fairly complicated since my Mother was in a nursing home in Massachusetts and I live in California. The selling agent was supposed to leave me my keys in the house. He did but he locked them in the house. It's cost $85 for a locksmith. He will reimburse me but this is a big inconvenience.

I am a real estate investor who wasted $2300 dollars on an inspection and property appraisals for two triplexes which were listed for 90 k each. Appraisal came back at 50k each, which is a 40k difference!! I am highly disappointed that George Pierson the listing agent could not provide any comps to my mortgage company or real estate agent when asked several times. Could there be that there is none?!! Unbelievably the property has now been re-listed for the same price of 90k. Where are the comps? I hope no one else has their time wasted. In my opinion this is pure greed. I have purchased many properties in the past and never have I dealt with a listing agent who would not provide comps as to how they came up with the listing price for a property to begin with!
