This company is highly unprofessional and often slow to respond. If you need to contact the property manager, you’ll frequently find that he won't answer and will just send you to voicemail. They charge a $250 admission fee and expect you to return the house in brand-new condition at the end of a two-year lease. They demand that the carpets be like new, even if you've had them professionally cleaned. I was charged for leaving the key inside the house, even though they had informed me in advance that it would cost $40 if I did so. Since my lease ended on a Friday and they were closed on weekends, I thought it was acceptable. Although our time was brief, I appreciated the level of professionalism and respect I received from this office, from the moment they took over the contract to the moment I received my deposit back. Just my reminder to all Arizona residents, I sued Michael & Tyson Hill, owners of this management and won. Rented me an apartment with NO WORKING GAS!! They are awful people. Spiteful, dirty, neglectful. Tried to leave my wife and I in a roach infested place when we moved to this state. He thought he could deceive us and thought we’d never take him to court and let alone win. I was without gas for 7 days! A full week, washing my body at planet fitness because I couldn’t at home! He wouldn’t let me out the lease even though he broke the LAW!

Future Renters: After viewing a home, I applied under the impression that pets were allowed while the application did mention a third-party Pet screening process. There was no clear disclosure prior to paying the application fee that this screening would determine monthly pet rent and a pet deposit. It’s only after you’ve submitted your paid application and are directed to the pet screening platform that the breed restrictions and Pet related fees are revealed. This lack of upfront transparency can be frustrating and especially for pet owners trying to budget accordingly. They are very unprofessional, takes days to get back to tenants about things. They will rent you a unit all damaged up and then when you move hit you with the charges of things they said they was going to fix but never fixed and won't look at your walk through list to see all those things that was already damaged DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They claimed we left place a mess and I have pictures so I know for a fact it was cleaned and not left in a mess look at pictures does it look like she left this place a mess yeah they just didnt want to give us back out 1200 deposit
