Very nice and communicative staff! I want to highlight Madison because she took my friend and I on a few tours and she was very patient, knowledgable and professional. She answered all of our questions and made the application process very simple. The prices are also very reasonable in the current market

Have lived here for almost five years. Recently moved out for personal reasons. Apartment buildings are not new, but a very good place to live - friendly neighbors, good amenities, within 10-minute driving distance to MSU/Meijer/Fresh International Market/etc, reasonable rent price. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team usually fix issues quickly (within 2 days). Lindsay Hayes, the property manager, is very professional and responsible. Every time I reached out to her for something, she always handled it timely and efficiently. Overall highly recommend homestead over many other apartments in the area.

Have been living in the place for close to three years. It’s been an amazing experience. Management is very responsible. Haven’t had any major maintenance issues. Even if you do, they fix issues within 1-2 days. Affordable and close to MSU and shopping centers. Initially had some issues with loud overhead neighbors but that is a part of apartment living. Overall I strongly recommend homestead apartments.

Wow, I am blown away at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mary. I have never loved looking for apartments and while helping a friend find a place I found myself enjoying the process way more than I ever have. Mary was sweet, open, honest, personable, and exceeded all expections I could've possibly had. 10/10, when you go there just ask for Mary directly because she's incredible.

I moved in one month ago today. I love my apartment and my neighbors are very kind. Everything went well with moving into Homestead Apartments. I moved here from Arizona site unseen. I liked the reviews I read about this complex. When I first called the person I spoke with was Rebecca. She was a great help to us over the phone during the application process. We called here many times and she was very pleasant every time we called. It is very peaceful here. The ducks that live in the very large pond on the property are so serene. We even saw deer with antlers. And hearing ducks flying above quaking as they fly in the sky is something we don't see in the Arizona desert. I love living here in Homestead Apartments.
