Holt Homes

I love my new Holt home, where I can "age in place" among welcoming new neighbors. As a bonus, Holt Homes provides a dedicated, highly competent maintenance person, Eugene Taylor, who is always available to swing by with minimum lead time. He's tended to a variety of small tasks needed during my first year, including replacing my furnace filter, adjusting the smoke alarm, and applying privacy contact film to my bathroom window. Eugene is highly skilled, efficient, attentive, and has a wonderful sense of humor. A definite bonus that has eased my transition into my new home.
