would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Samir when I went to rent the apartment. He was very kind, respectful, and professional at all times. He handled the entire process with clarity, patience, and efficiency, explaining every detail and making sure I understood everything perfectly. His customer service was outstanding, creating a comfortable and trustworthy environment from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Samir for his dedication and excellent service.

I've lived here since July and I love it. The people are friendly and the staff are all just as nice as they can be. My work order was done the same day! Spectacular service and management! Keep up the great work!

I moved here two years ago and was giving up hope on finding a place and then on my last stop of the day of looking for something I just so happened to stop at this wonderful place. Nakissa (Nikki) she was the person who I spoke with when I first walked in. She is nothing but amazing, kind , sweet and all the above. She helped me so much these past 2 years with so much. I can not begin to appreciate how much I appreciate her and the whole management team there. Unfortunately I’ll be moving into a house and leaving these wonderful people but i will miss Nikki and the whole team there. This place was my first home in round rock and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So lucky to be able to come back and visit them and drop off goodies when I can. I recommend this place highly !!!

I have been a resident for 5+ years and have loved working with Samir and Nakisa. They have been more than accommodating with property maintenance and requests. I can't imagine loving somewhere else, they rock!

My AC went out after hours on a Sunday. I called the emergency line and within 5 minutes someone called me back and triaged the situation over the phone. After giving him all of the information he knew exactly how to fix it and was in my apartment within 30 minutes. He fixed the AC and was so kind the entire time.
