Hobbs Apartments

People talk a lot of trash about where I live but I love it here. Just like Ms Erica advised me the day I moved in, keep to yourself. No one will bother you if you stay in your lane.

Avoid this place. Management ignores maintenance issues, enters units without notice, and tries to shift blame onto tenants for pre-existing problems. HUGE roach problem. Loud music and screamong at night. Repairs take months, but they’re quick to threaten tenants. Unprofessional and dishonest.

I grew up at the hobbs apartments. I am now 28 and hate how low this place has gone. My grandma still lives there unfortunately, I'm trying to find her a better place. Everytime I go there's stray dogs everywhere, trash all over the place just plain nasty. Management does not care about this place at all nor the people!

It's not the best . Rent goes up and they fail to notify you and then say you signed something but never did. Its really hard to pay the rent then but imagine my surprise when I saw rent went up. Just a notification would be nice so I am not taken back. Update: Finally moving out of here. I feel bad for all the tenants moving in here. The management does not care about anything. So sad but this is the worse place I've ever lived in. The bugs are awful and thier exterminators are not good at all. I had done everything just to keep them at bay. Now I have to be extra careful taking anything from here. So good luck to those who do come here but if you can avoid it avoid at all cost.
