HM2 Property Management LLC

We have rented from HM2 since April 2025. We have submitted list after list of 14 major apartment repairs from clogged stack pipe to faulty electrical, to large holes in the walls exposing pipes,electrical and rotten insulation, and more. They ignore it all. From my personal experience, I would discourage renting any property they manage. This group is atypical, the epitome of, slum lord management. Don't say you haven't been warned. This is a false deception that this is a Veteran Owned Company..if even so...no veteran would expect to be treated, or treat others, in this manner.

Kevin’s great! I wanted to express my appreciation for how responsive and helpful HM2 has been throughout the years for my family and I. With an older home, maintenance needs come up from time to time, and your promptness, flexibility, and clear communication have made everything smooth. Thanks for being so reliable!

I'm genuinely perplexed by HM2 Property Management's business model, assuming there is one. I’ve reached out on several occasions regarding multiple listings and each time I’ve received either a canned, impersonal response or a vague “no open house scheduled” message. And then… silence. No updates, no follow-through, no basic communication. Is this standard procedure? Are the listings simply decorative? Is tenant interest an inconvenience? Phone calls go unanswered, emails float into the void, and inquiries are met with the same lack of urgency you'd expect from a company that isn’t actually trying to rent anything. At this point, when I see their name attached to a listing, I simply move on. Time is valuable. Mine especially. HM2, if your intention was to appear inaccessible, unbothere

They don't answer the phone they wrecked my vehicle because they do not plow their driveways I need a phone call back or I'm taking you to court you owe me damages to my vehicle because you are not plowing your driveways like you're supposed to it even the tenants was trying to call but no answer this place need new management or shut down

Quick to take your fees and then never hear anything back from them. Not a yes, no ,,, nothing!!
