Hilltop Townhomes

All maintenance has been at my own expense from day one. Im at a lost of Hope with this place. I have been my own maintenance for 4 years now. I have asked for help many times, even asked for tools to accomplish things needed for my place with no luck. I have also put in request on line as directed. But nothing. I get the fact of rent & Utilities are a must to be paid but with the fact of paying out so much for keeping the bugs under control and all other expenses I could have gone bankrupt but lost my job now this place wants to evict me and shut utilities off before I even get out . Now I'm scared worried sick. Literally sick unsure of what to do next...

Maintenance came and got the job done the next day and on good timing ! I'm new to Hilltop and so far so good ! Josh was very understanding and jumped right in things, he asked if anything else was needed I could think of... Also he was in a positive mood.!!! So far I'm loving how things are going at Hilltop Townhouses !!! Thank you so much Josh for everything !!! 😁😁😁

Josh the new maintenance guy was very nice and helpful he let us know what was going on with our problem and told us how he fixed it and told us if it doesn't work to let them know and he will come right back out and fix it for us

Josh can and took a look at my issue and let me know that he will have to return to complete the work order, but was quick to respond

I wouldn’t even give them a ONE STAR they very unprofessional and no one ever in the office. I will be reaching out too better business bureau with a complaint and my documentation to support my complaint. THIS IS RECENT DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️
