Switch Apartments

I'm turning 68 in a few short weeks, and 17 months ago I sold my house 23 years into a 30 year mortgage and moved to the Switch. I'd been driving by the complex for a while and thought they looked like nice units. I was thinking about a nicer luxury apartment to age in place (I hope to retire in the future). The Switch is 1 mile from my niece and her husband, 4 miles from my job, 1 mile from my church, and 2 miles from the soccer stadium and the Legends. Initially, I had some very problematic neighbors below me, but they left 2 months later. After that its been fine. While the rent is steeper than my previous mortgage, bang for the buck, I think the Switch is decent enough. I want to give a huge shout out to Tamara and Christi at the front office! They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my move in went smooth! Especially coming from another state. They reassured me id have my privacy but yet still be taken care of. And be able to enjoy all amenities They were upfront about everything yet kind. I look forward to enjoying my stay here♥️

Nice and clean apartment complex!! Lived here for about 6-7 months and can say it is one of the best apartment complex that I have stayed in. The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable about their processes and will go out of their way to accommodate your request. Maintenance stafff is also very good! All my requests were fixed within 48 hrs and if it needed a longer working period they kept me updated. The only downside is you can sometimes hear your neighbors through the walls. Otherwise great complex!

Switch KC is an amazing place to live at. The apartments are beautiful and they have the best appliances. The office management are the nicest individuals I have ever met! They care about you and always make you feel like family. I highly recommend anybody reading my review to looking into moving here. You are literally 1 minute away from an outlet mall and plenty of restaurants and the AWC theater for a nice movie night.

Can’t wait to move out! If you want peace and some resemblance of quiet, do not move here. And the price is way too high. Between loud neighbors and Margaritaville, there isn’t a moment of peace.
