Bad experience with a staff member at legends location who gave us a hard time about receiving our refund on a house we declined to purchase. After being given the run around, my wife and I decided to come into their office. When we arrived to talk about the issue, the staff member (she) would not even come out in the lobby and speak with my wife and I. She chose to ignore us. Being treated this way is unacceptable, as it does not match the mission statement "Service beyond expectation". Thankfully the secretary worked hard for us and backed us up in order to get our refund returned to us that day! She apologized for the difficulty, but it would have been more pleasant hearing it from the direct person we were dealing with, who never acknowledged us. Thank you to the secretary but for the

This company holds on to your money for 10 business days before cutting a refund check - earning interest on it the entire time. Then they issue it back to whoever is on the contract even if that is not who wrote the check to begin with. Old business practices from the Stone Age if you ask me. In today’s world of electronic everything you’d think they would update their business practices. Do not recommend at all.
