City View at St. Margaret's

Like some of the inside apt renovations, but sorta spooky in the hallways since it reminds me of the movie the shining...dnt like the outside, which definitely should be renovated.... Dnt think ppl should be hangn all outside in the daytime, makes the place look bad...rents cheap with all utilities paid but drug activity in an around areas...

Say what I really think about City view how about that one? My apartment is fine but the rest of it I’m not gonna say.

I've lived here 1.5 yrs. and Love my apartment! Our new Manager Penny and Asst. Manager Cheyenne are great. They get things done and are very Polite. I also like the access to the rooftop to enjoy the View! I have no plans on moving any time soon 😊

City view of st margaret is a very beautiful place. Its was an catholic hospital 100 hundred years. The nun that was the head of the hospital; i know her family personally. In fact her nephew got married at the catholic church next door and they had the wedding reception here at the hospital! Anyway I love my apartment. Its very spacious. We finally have an Awesome apartment manager that will always take the time to listen. She has gotten more done for the building and for the residents!! She is easy to talk to. I have never had to wait for the maintenance to fix something. If they couldn't get to my apartment right away they would tell me!! The manager has tried earnestly to keep the building clean and has addressed issues that needed to be addressed! Yes, I would recommend City vie

I moved in about a little over 2yrs ago. Since that time there has been 4 management changes. It seemed we couldn't keep a manager. During that time, we had some good ones, some bad ones & one big disaster. Now we have a new manager, number 5. So far, a welcome change from some of the others. Penny is very attentive to the needs of the tenants. At first Penny and I didn't see eye-to-eye on an issue, but we worked through it together and now we get along great. It is nice to have a manager you can talk things out with. All I need now is a new dishwasher. Keep up the Good Work!
