Dude don’t move here …. Not worth 1 dollar Shower doesn’t work Bathtub only has hot water and it just drips so it takes about an hour to run a bath Cockroaches all over the hallway and they’re just filthy Can’t wait to move

Reasonably priced, new management since October. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely fashion. Most neighbors are friendly and there’s a good sense of community. Some neighbors are very noisy but that’s with any apartment complex.

We had a scheduled property tour but we were unsure where to go exactly once we showed up. The tenants were kind enough to help by telling us who to call/email, however. We called the property's number at least seven times and no answer. I had additionally sent an email and did not receive a response. The property did not provide guidance/directions on what to do, where to meet, etc. We also waited a whole hour for someone to show up but nobody did. No attempt to reach out or reschedule. Do not waste your time with this.

After 1 month of asking someone to fix our hot water, nothing has been fixed. Jesus was a waaay better manager. I have lived here a year and this place has gone down.. You put a work order in and you will get an automated email saying, "Congratulations we've fixed your issue" When in actuality nothing or no one has done anything. It has been a month since I have had running hot water. They have no intentions on correcting this problem. Also, "Management", please do not respond to this message until you have corrected my hot water. Because it's clear you aren't sorry or going to fix this issue.

Horrible apartments. I tried responding to the previous comment I posted and it does not let me. Unsure, if I am blocked from responding. But my name or my significant others name should be on the contract for sure! I would not post this if it was not true. Wyandotte apartments, you guys are more than welcome to provide me a valid email or better phone number since I have not received a call back. I have called in regards to the previous statement and no luck..
