Allowed their tenants to destroy our house causing significant injuries to everyone in our house including a child. We currently have retained an attorney and are working to have their properties reviewed in relation to crimes.

Wonderful landlords in terms of responsiveness and such. Though there’s one major issue, maintenance. I’m on my third year renting from and every summer the AC System has failed or broken down due to heat and issues with the outside unit itself. Call maintenance and they get it fixed well and quick enough but the solutions only seem to be partial and almost a stopgap as we’ve been led to believe it’s the same piece repeatedly failing or a filter that we cannot access. I wish they’d outright replace the AC Unit with a better but I don’t believe that’s within my rights to ask

I haven’t had power at McKinley blvd for a month and they’re dancing around fixing it.

I have been very pleased with how Hill Valley has handled everything so far. I moved in a couple weeks ago and any issue that I have had has been resolved in a very timely manner whether it’s in office or with maintenance.

I don’t typically leave rental reviews until a year so I can see how everything plays out, but I genuinely have been nothing but happy with leasing through them. I lived at a local “luxury” rental company condo for 5 years , and Hill Valley has FAR exceeded them on every level. Every single maintenance request is fulfilled fast, my area had a pest problem and they had pest control out within days and have continued monthly services to prevent future issues for the 15? Months I’ve lived here. They are easy to communicate with and always extremely helpful. My AC stopped working and they had a repairman there within 2 hours. At my “luxury” condo, I went 4 years having barely working AC and they never once fixed it. I recommend Hill Valley to anyone looking to lease because I can’t think of a
