Rented a place in the North End in Boston from High Street, and we had no issues. The place was clean and in good condition, and High Street was responsive and helpful when we needed things fixed. No issues with these guys!!

They don't keep track of who is wait listed or not but the receptionist just hung up on me because i had questions she can not answer instead of trying to assist and appoint me to someone who can. Bad customer service.

I have complaint about bedbugs the 1st year I moved in because of the tenant underneath me all that was done he sends his ignorant super to spray my house knowing I had a dog , then it got worse I started getting Rats and I mean big street rats,,, all that was done was them leaving the sticky’s on my counter and they weren’t even for the rats they were for mice and now again I started seeing mice this has gotten me so sick of living this way
