High Pointe Plaza Apartments

What can I say… Farrah is amazing, she is very helpful, she makes sure all questions have an answer. If she doesn’t know she will find out. I’ve been here for 2 years and thankful to have an amazing manager like herself! She has really cleaned this place up! She works hard every day to make we have a safe place to live. She is always doing events with us as well! Come see Farrah she will always welcome you with a smile!

I have been very interested in this complex however the policy of not showing units is a bit weird to say the least. Would love to see a unit but everytime I've tried i was told to look online which doesnt suffice in my opinion

I am really impressed with the way this rental property has turned around from being just another “project” apartment complex. The new manager has really turned the place around and is doing more than enough to keep the residents happy and safe. There may be a few less than friendly residents at the complex, but High Pointe Plaza has come a long way from where it was a few years ago and has cleaned up nicely. Kudos to the staff.

I lived at high pointe for 5 years and when the most recent landlord took control whose initials are A.M. . It became a horrible experience. The landlady moved me to another unit while the one I have been staying in for years got renovated. She said it would only take 2 weeks but I never returned to that unit. I left a lot of my belongings in the old unit thinking I would go back to it soon every now and again I'd go check on my things that were in the old unit and every time I did something would be missing. I'd ask her about it and she'd gaslight me. Without my knowledge she changed the locks at the old unit. I asked her about it. She gaslight me. She gave me the new key once I confronted her, However, That's horribly unprofessional. Especially since I had a lease for that unit and I had
