Hidden Valley by Centex Homes

Hidden Valley Community provides a great environment for family living. Our buying experience with Centex/Pulte staff was excellent from the very beginning to the end. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Together with our realtor, the acquisition process, done online from California, was flawless.

Our new home is wonderful and the Hidden Valley community and FV is a great place to live. The homes are affordable and a good value for the money. It was great to work with the staff at Centex in Hidden Valley. Our floor plan fits our needs well, but in hindsight, we wished we had put the extra upper area for storage and a game room. Nothing is perfect including the location, roads, people, materials, workmanship, etc.., all things considered, we are glad to be here and in our new home.

I have a client out here. It is the lovely subdivision and will be even better when they finally finish. They are also building up the surrounding area with malls, restaurant and other aminitiies and things. The houses are real elegant and spacious on the inside with high ceilings. The front yard is nice very spacious and the backyard are nice and very spacious too. Big enough to build a pool a fireplace of gazebo sitting area and still have room for something else.

Very nice neighborhood and very knowledgeable sales professional.I have been actively looking to buy home and was referred to Ryan Neely (Sales Manager) by one of my friends. One of knowledgeable and professional Sales person I have ever met . His patience on answering the customer and knowledge on homes at hidden valley is always on top. Sometimes it is difficult to reach him due to the nature of his Job otherwise, he is the best salesman to deal with. I am having a great experience working with him so far, I am hoping to continue till the close.

Celebrated out first year in our home! warranty team has been amazingly responsive and the touch up work was done with care. Enjoying the community and feeling great about home build.
