Hidden Ponds Apartments

Originally when we moved here it wasn’t the greatest experience with maintenance and management. There has been a new management team now and so far everything has been going in the right direction. The office lady named Kia has a very sincere spirit and great personality. I know it’s only been a month and some change since the management switch, but she is extremely professional and sincere. The clean up around the property has begun to shape up as well. Especially within the unit lobby areas. I got off work and the lobby area was very clean and smelling very good. Thus far, I’m pleased with the turnaround in the management team. Let’s keep going in this direction!

Terrible apartments! Can't get in contact with the management and when you do they send incorrect information and redraft documents when they see fit without any notice or communication with you. You have to reach out to them multiple times even though the voicemail states they will get back to you the next business day!(not true) The property keeps getting sold without being maintained. New manager Tamara wants to avoid solving the issues. They have sent 2 incorrect tax documents already that still need to be corrected. Overall, don't know how to do business. Very frustrating and inconvenient! By the looks of it, they don't even respond to their terrible reviews! Overall, TERRIBLE experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's basically impossible to reach management. Multiple people put their untrained dogs on their balcony for over an hour and let it bark at literally everything that moves, so you can't keep your windows open. Which is tough considering the A/C doesn't always work very well. The best benefit of the location is that it's supposed to be quiet and out of the way, but other residents ruin the quiet part.

I urgently need the number of the main office of these apartments since I have had a broken dryer for almost a month, I call and call the emergency as they say it should be done if the office is closed but nobody answers, this lack of respect and so much impotence is very uncomfortable If I can't do anything, I need the main phone to see if they can resolve this lack of respect for their tenants and, as is the case, many more offenses that happen here, such as those who live here have no right to live with their rights to life. I hope for a response soon okay

If I could rate them a zero I would I'm tired of living in mold infested place for 6 years I've had floods that weren't by me they all been by my neighbors after neighbors but not there faults either it's the pipes that burst and flood into my place everytime and it's been two years now since they haven't fixed my ceiling from the last flood when Kim was manager then it was Nichol then Corrine then Tammy then Nygia and now there is none once again so I can't afford right now to move so im stuck living in a mold imvested place i will never recommend this place to anyone they don't keep up with repairs when they say they will josue failed me for my inspection by not getting my screen on in time after three months and when i confronted him about it in the office he told me he left it there f
