Hidden Creek Apartment Homes

I have been living at Hidden Creek for 3 years now, and I must say that this is by far the best management and maintenance team. I rarely call the office for work orders, but I did on Tuesday and maintenance came right away and took care of all my concerns. I want to thank Romero and Johnnie for their hard work and for always keeping the place so clean and of course Grethel the manager who is always willing to help and there is not one day she does not receive people in the office with a beautiful smile. She is very welcoming and professional and always going above and beyond to accommodate you and answer all the questions. This place really feel like home.

My interactions with apartment management have been excellent. The leasing team has been professional, responsive, and thorough, making the process easy and stress-free. Based on my experience so far, I’m excited for what’s to come.

I have been at Hidden Creek for several years and just renewed my lease. I truly love the community. Since Gretchen became the manager everything has improved so much.She is a very kind and helpful lady who always listens and takes care of any concerns. I’m very happy living here!

I applied to Hidden Creek from out of state and the experience working with Lindsey was absolutely outstanding. She always had answers to my questions or got back to me promptly and followed up with me within a day or two about the status of my application. She is hands down the friendliest person you will ever work with going through an apartment application process!

Working with the staff has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has shown such kindness, patience and understanding; especially Lindsey Lorentz. I was also very impressed with the apartment and grounds. It was quiet outside and the inside of the townhouse has very recently been renovated and updated with new appliances. It also had new carpet upstairs, hardwood floors downstairs and had been freshly painted with a nice color scheme. I'm really looking forward to decorating!
