So again the maintenance came in here to replace my thermostat 3 months later and he came in here barely knew what he was doing my ac was working fine he came in here and rigged up my ac is 73 in here now for the past month it’s been 65 or lower in here now that the short Mexican man came in here is 73??

Just took a tour today of the property since I am looking for a new place to live. And Alexys was AMAZING! She kept it very real and was honest and upfront with everything. Definitely made it comfortable and understanding. The neighborhood also was very calm and friendly. So definitely will be submitting my application. If you come to tour definitely ask for Alexys.

Q is more than amazing! She gave us all the details and was very upfront about everything we inquired about. We didn't even know she was the property manager she was so nice and down to earth. Great property! Very big neighborhood! If you have a chance go check them out!

Worst apartments ever, ill just leave it that they will laugh in your face. They have no respect at all. And what i find funny is that there was a move-in date but once you go to the office, they pull some “oh its not finish yet” like are yall really that lazy? laughing in my mother’s face is not something professional. Do better

Again this is another account and the same person Christian Johnson, what is going on like genuinely yall came in my unit once and the man said he would be back tomorrow so here comes the next day and, it’s been almost 2 weeks he ain’t came back in here again it’s 88 in my unit and my ac just doesn’t get fixed 1 more higher and it’s the same temperature as outside in here I really expect my ac to get fixed by Tuesday, and he did say he had to replace the thermostat but it ain’t been replaced yet it’s hot there is no relief in here the coolest it drops to in here is 73 then goes right back up to 80 in an hour come fix this ac in unit 30
