Heritage Title did a great job performing the settlement of my townhome. They had an online site to follow the process leading up to my settlement which made the entire process trouble free. On top of that when I had additional questions or concerns they were just an email or phone call away. Heather exemplified great customer service and promptly answered my questions. They paid all obligations quickly and I received the mortgage payoff confirmations the following business day. I had an unusual situation with my buyer in that she was located in Hawaii and I explained to Heritage Title the challenges that would present itself due to my client being 5 times zones away.
